We want you to be completely satisfied with your lavender apothecary and farm products. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our farm shop team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a return authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original artisan packaging to ensure they are protected during transit back to the farm.

• 3.
  Ship to the Farm

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
